In this webinar, our panel will explore how managing soils well doesn’t just build better pastures — it can also support stronger, healthier livestock.
With guest speaker, Lee-Anne Oliver of Ruminant Revival, we’ll dig into the direct links, like how richer soil microbiomes can influence animal health and how nutrient cycling supports immunity. We’ll also look at the animal health benefits that come from the practices used to achieve soil health, including:
• Mixed grazing and poultry integration to cut worm burdens through dead-end hosts
• Moving stock to reduce exposure to flies, parasites, and pathogens that cause lameness
• Longer grass grazing to help keep ruminants parasite-free
